We make sure all our gifts are packaged securely to ensure their safe arrival via reputable courier companies such as UPS and FedEx. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to work with you to replace it, issue credit or refund your payment.* Please keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the courier company.
Gourmet items including candy bouquets, chocolate bouquets and wedding favours are nonrefundable due to health and safety concerns.
Merchandise must be returned to our head office before a refund is issued to the purchaser. (Refund will only be issued to the purchaser.)
Please note all custom orders for diaper cakes, Baby Blossoms, Baby Blooms and gift baskets have a 30% nonrefundable restocking fee.
