We are committed to delivering your order on time. To help us do so, please consider the following guidelines when placing your orders:
- All order placed before 10:30am EST will receive the next day delivery unless otherwise stated.
- During the busy seasons some items might be available in limited quantity. Please place your orders as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment
- Finest Expressions cannot ship to P.O Boxes or RR#'s. Please provide us with your contact information and if possible the recipient's as well. Delays and/or additional charges may occur if a 2nd delivery attempt has to be made. Finest Expressions will not be responsible for any additional charges related to an incorrect address.
- The following custom made items will take approximately 3-4 business days for production and delivery:
- Diaper cakes
- Finest Blossoms
- Finest Blooms
- Candy/chocolate bouquets
- Wedding & party favours delivery times vary depending on quantity and style selection
Metro Toronto & Area
Local deliveries take place Monday through Friday only. Next-day delivery is available Monday through Friday when order is placed before 10:30 a.m. EST. Extra charge will be applied.
Ontario & Quebec
Monday-Friday delivery only. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery.
Western Canada, Prairie Provinces, The Maritimes & Northern Territories
Monday-Friday delivery only. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Large Orders
Please contact us to inquire about multiple boxes delivery to a single location as this will be subject to a charge. This charge will be added once the number of boxes is confirmed.
Deliveries to hospitals and businesses
Please note that when a delivery is ordered to a non-domestic address such as a business or hospital, deliveries must be made to a central delivery point such as a reception or mail room
Festive Season Delivery
November to December is our busy season but we do want to make sure all our clients baskets are delivered at their requested dates. We appreciate your cooperation in placing your order(s) as soon as possible.
Returned and/or Cancelled Shipments
If any package is returned to Finest Expressions due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser or if in case where the recipient has moved, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option of having the package reshipped at an additional cost or you may cancel the shipment. However, please note Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We will credit or refund the purchaser for the gift item minus the re-stocking fee of 20%. For Custom Orders of diaper cakes, gift baskets, baby blossoms and baby blooms the nonrefundable restocking fee will be 30%. Candy bouquets, chocolate bouquets and wedding/party favours are nonrefundable. Please read our Return Policy for further information. This policy would apply to orders cancelled due to the purchasers changing their mind or being dissatisfied with shipment times.
Please be sure to check addresses and include the recipient’s phone number with all your orders.
